One-Time & Recurring Service

Leaves On The Lot. Debris In The Drains.
We Handle Both.

Leaf sweeping, bulk leaf removal, and catch basin cleaning.
One local team to help keep your commercial property ready for fall.

Fall Leaf Sweeping

Cleaner lots. Clearer curb lines.
Clear scattered leaves, litter, and loose debris from parking stalls, drive lanes, and curb lines before more material washes toward your property’s storm drains.

One-time cleanups or recurring visits.

Bulk Leaf Removal

Big piles. A clear plan.
Remove heavy leaf buildup that goes beyond routine sweeping. We’ll review the leaf volume, truck access, collection, and disposal needs for your commercial property.

For heavy buildup and larger cleanups.

Storm Drain &
Catch Basin Cleaning

Less buildup. Better flow.
Remove sediment, debris, and standing water from accessible catch basins. Vacuum cleaning helps preserve drainage capacity as falling leaves and seasonal rain reach your property.

For parking-lot drains and private systems.

Don’t Let Fall Cleanup Become A Drainage Call.

Sweeping clears leaves, litter, and debris before rain carries them toward your storm drains. Catch basin cleaning tackles the buildup below the grate. Coordinate both services to help keep curb lines clear, maintain drainage capacity, and prepare your property for falling leaves and heavy seasonal rain.

Recurring sweeping is quoted separately. Customer-selected appointments, emergency and after-hours work use standard rates. Drain-line jetting, CCTV inspection, repairs, oversized structures, difficult access, and special material or disposal conditions are outside the routine basin offer. New promotional customers provide a credit card securely before scheduling; approved existing account terms may continue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this service for commercial and managed properties?

Yes. This fall service page is for businesses, property and facility managers, HOAs, and campuses with parking lots, private roads, or shared paved areas. Tell us your property type so we can review the right scope.

What’s the difference between leaf sweeping and bulk leaf removal?

Sweeping addresses loose leaves and debris spread across paved areas. Bulk removal addresses concentrated piles or heavier accumulation. Include the approximate volume, location, and access conditions so the removal method and handling can be quoted.

How often should we schedule fall sweeping?

The right interval depends on your trees, leaf fall, lot use, and weather. A property that stays tidy in summer may need more attention during fall. Share where leaves collect and how quickly they return when discussing a seasonal schedule.

Does sweeping clean the catch basin, too?

No. Sweeping collects debris from the pavement; catch basin cleaning removes material inside the structure. Ask for both when the lot and the drains need attention. Cleaning helps address accumulated material but cannot resolve every cause of flooding. Connected drain lines may need separately quoted jetting or CCTV inspection.

Can we coordinate service across multiple properties?

Yes. Share the addresses and service priorities for your portfolio. Mid-State can discuss a coordinated plan based on location, access, and availability.

What if a drain is flooding now?

Call 541-726-6730 for 24/7 emergency dispatch. Response depends on conditions and equipment availability. Emergency work uses standard rates and is outside the $59 route promotion.
