Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically unsubscribe you from marketing texts, or vice versa. We may still contact you about an active inquiry, project, or other nonmarketing matter.
Job Applications
We use information submitted through our careers forms to evaluate qualifications, communicate with applicants, and manage recruitment.
Application information may be retained in our website’s form records and in company email or file storage. Internal access is limited to selected office employees, managers, and owners who handle these records.
This policy covers information submitted during the website application process. It does not describe all information practices that may apply after hiring.
Storage, Retention, and Security
We store website form submissions in WordPress. We may also store inquiries, customer records, and application materials in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint. We maintain marketing contact information in Mailchimp.
We do not currently have a fixed retention schedule. How long information remains in our records varies by record type and system. Some records may remain after an inquiry, project, or application has ended. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
We limit internal access to customer and applicant records to selected personnel and use multifactor authentication for our Microsoft accounts. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. You may also ask us to update your communication preferences.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Our ability to fulfill a request may depend on the information involved and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your initial request.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for a general business audience and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and address it.
