Protect Your Property Before the Rain
Take advantage of Mid-State Industrial Service’s $59-per-basin promotional rate to get your parking lot storm drains cleaned before fall leaves and heavy rains put them to the test.
Routine cleaning helps support local stormwater maintenance requirements, keeps sediment and debris from building up, and reduces the risk of clogged drains, standing water, and parking lot flooding. It’s a simple, proactive way to protect your property before Oregon’s wettest months arrive. Join an upcoming Lane County route now and take care of an important maintenance task at a significantly discounted rate.
During cleaning, our crews can identify visible drainage concerns and recommend services such as CCTV inspection or drain-line jetting when needed. Keeping the parking lot itself clean is just as important, especially during fall leaf season, because routine sweeping removes leaves, sediment, and debris before they can wash into catch basins and restrict drainage.
How the $59 Route Rate Works

Tell us your business location & approximate drain count.
2. We Group Nearby Properties

3. We Notify & Clean
We select the service date & time, notify you before arrival, then clean, inspect, & document the service.
What’s Included
- Vacuum Cleaning: A high-powered vacuum removes sediment, fine particles, debris, and grit that compact and reduce catch basin sump capacity.
- Power Jetting: High-pressure water washes down the basin drain surface, breaking loose stubborn sediment and buildup during the vacuum cleaning.
- Visual Condition Inspection: Note visible concerns such as damage, restricted flow, or recurring buildup.
- Final Cleanup: Clean up around the drain and leave the surrounding parking-lot area tidy before departing.
- Service Documentation: Provide a record of the cleaning for your property maintenance files.

Need More Than Cleaning?
If we find signs of a deeper drainage issue, Mid-State can recommend drain-line jetting to clear buildup and obstructions inside connected piping, or CCTV inspection to identify blockages, damage, and other problems below the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions
What qualifies for the $59 rate?
The promotion applies to qualifying standard parking-lot storm drains and catch basins in Lane County that Mid-State can service during our campaign route. The rate assumes routine access and typical sediment, debris, and standing water. Mid-State will confirm eligibility after reviewing the property, and if we identify conditions beyond the scope of the promotional cleaning, we’ll explain what we found and recommend the appropriate next step, such as drain-line jetting, CCTV inspection, or separately quoted service.
What areas are included in the promotion?
The $59 promotion is focused on Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding Lane County areas. Service depends on customer demand, and Mid-State schedules routes when enough nearby businesses sign up to create an efficient service day. If a particular area does not receive enough requests, Mid-State may postpone or cancel that route and notify affected customers. This promotion does not include properties outside Lane County, but customers interested in catch basin or storm drain cleaning can call Mid-State or use our regular Contact Us form to request service.
Can I choose the service date or time?
No. The $59 promotional rate is available only on Mid-State-scheduled campaign routes. We group nearby properties based on customer demand, select the service date and time, and provide notice before service. If you need a specific appointment, rush service, or help with an active drainage emergency, Mid-State can still assist, but standard service rates will apply.
What is included in the promotional service?
The $59 promotional service includes vacuum removal of accessible sediment, debris, and standing water; power jetting of the basin and accessible surfaces; a visual condition check; cleanup around the drain; and service documentation. Our crews also note visible concerns such as damaged grates, restricted flow, or excessive buildup and can recommend additional service if a problem extends beyond routine basin cleaning.
What is not included?
The promotional rate does not include drain-line jetting, CCTV inspection, absorbent media replacement, structural repairs, or oversized or nonstandard structures. Difficult access, traffic control, contaminated material, disposal surcharges, and other special conditions may require a separate quote. Customer-selected appointments, rush service, active flooding, after-hours calls, and emergency response are also outside the promotion and are billed at standard rates.
How does the 20% sweeping discount work?
Keep leaves, sediment, and debris from reaching your newly cleaned drains in the first place. Customers who start recurring parking-lot sweeping service at least monthly receive 20% off their first sweep. Routine sweeping helps keep parking lots cleaner, reduces debris entering catch basins, and provides ongoing protection between drain cleanings. One-time sweeping does not qualify, and recurring service is quoted separately.
What if the drain is actively flooding or I need urgent service?
Call Mid-State at (541) 726-6730. Active flooding, rush work, emergency or after-hours response, and customer-selected timing use standard rates.
Do I need to provide a credit card?
New customers must provide a credit card before we schedule promotional service. Mid-State will contact you after reviewing your form submission to securely collect payment information. The $59 promotion is not available on payment terms for new customers. Established Mid-State customers with approved payment terms may continue using their existing account terms.
What happens after I submit the form?
After you submit your request, Mid-State will review your property details, confirm that the drains qualify for the promotion, and place your property in the appropriate Lane County route area. For new customers, we’ll contact you to securely collect a credit card before service. As nearby requests build, Mid-State will schedule an efficient route and notify you of the service date and time before we arrive. If demand is too low to build a route in your area, we’ll let you know and discuss available options.
