Our History

Family Owned Since 1970

In 1970, Mid-State Industrial operated one Air Sweeper and several ride-on sweepers. We had two employees and serviced only parking lots from Cottage Grove to Woodburn. In 1980 the first Super Sucker Vacuum Loader was added to the fleet for industrial cleaning jobs. In 1983 the first Camel Jet/Vac was brought in to clean drain lines and catch basins. In 1996 Mid-State Industrial made another big change when Jim and Debbie Dodson bought out Mary and Fred Dodson's stock in the company.

Our company philosophy is that good business depends on good decisions. Each day we strive to do what is best for our customers and our team — it’s the core of everything we do. Today, we run a 24/7 operation with over twenty sweepers and vacuum trucks that are available for contracts throughout the state of Oregon. We provide complete sweeping services including parking lots, driveways, streets, construction sites, highway areas, and more.
